“I have been a defense attorney working primarily in Long Island for the last 21 years representing clients in all different types of criminal cases. Many of the clients I have represented are women in need of job training and substance abuse treatment. This program has had a profound impact on many of my clients by helping them get clean and go on to successful jobs. One of the first times that I ever worked with this program was almost 20 years ago when we helped a client with a bad drug addiction and three cases pending against her. With the assistance of the WORC program we got her released from jail, she got clean, and went on to get a job as a nurse. I am proud to have seen my clients turn their lives around through the assistance of this program and I look forward to working with the staff to help more of my clients. I am grateful for all that they have done over the years. ”
