WORC
Mental Health and Substance Use Care
WORC is a drug- and alcohol-free program committed to supporting the sobriety and recovery of all participants. Helping clients maintain a substance-free lifestyle is a core objective of our program and essential to their long-term success.
Upon intake and assessment, each client receives an individualized case plan tailored to their unique needs and goals. For those who require additional support, WORC provides referrals to licensed mental health counselors and certified substance use treatment providers within our trusted network.
In addition to external treatment services, clients actively participate in evidence-based, trauma-informed cognitive behavioral interventions that promote self-reflection, accountability, and personal growth. These include:
Interactive Journaling® A structured, client-centered writing process that helps individuals develop internal motivation for positive change.
One Circle Foundation Support Groups Strengths-based, gender-responsive groups that foster healthy relationships, resilience, and emotional well-being through peer support and facilitated dialogue.
By integrating recovery support into every aspect of programming, WORC creates a safe, stable, and empowering environment where clients can heal, grow, and thrive.
